MISTRA Executive Director, Joel Netshitenzhe delivered an address at the eThekwini Municipality Colloquia Series under the theme, ‘Global power dynamics: whither South Africa’?

The series is aimed at deepening engagement between the City, its staff and the boarder community through structured dialogue and the exchange of perspectives. This initiative seeks to bring the City closer to its people and to enhance a shared understanding on societal, developmental and governance challenges.
