Executive Director, Joel Netshitenzhe’s paper for the 7th World Socialist Forum that was held in Beijing in October 2016. The conference was held under the theme, “Marxism in the 21st Century” on the 21st and 22nd October.  The conference was jointly organised by the World Socialism Research Center and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
