In 2012, in the midst of a heated debate between Adcorp and Statistics SA on employment numbers, MISTRA hosted a Roundtable involving Adcorp, SatsSA, Dr Miriam Altman, Dr Azar Jammine of Econometrix, Abrahams Mutedi of the Department of Labour and academics from the UCT (Professor Haroon Bhorat, Dr Andrew Kerr and Professor Martin Wittenberg).
