This MISTRA webinar focuses on a Briefing Paper entitled ‘Democratic South Africa’s Relations with Palestine and Israel’, authored by MISTRA Senior Researcher, Na’eem Jeenah.
The paper examines South Africa’s relations with Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) from 1994 to the present, including South Africa’s recent case against Israel at the International Court of Justice, and provides valuable context for the ICJ application.
