. Zintle Koza provides a book review of the publication in the South African Journal of International Affairs.

Zintle Koza is an international relations practitioner with over 13 years in the South African civil service. She is currently in the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Johannesburg. Zintle served as the Director of International Organizations at the National Treasury. In this role, she was responsible for South Africa’s continued engagement with and participation in the World Economic Forum, and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.

Before joining the National Treasury of South Africa, she served in the Foreign Service for 11 years and was responsible for portfolios that included the African Union and European Union. She holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Political Studies from Rhodes University, and a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Pretoria.
