Dr Renay Weiner is a South African Public Health Medicine Specialist with post graduate training in Epidemiology. She has over 20 years experience in Public Health Research, Management and Capacity building. In 2016 she co-founded Research and Training for Health and Development (www.rthd.co.za), a public health research organization, of which she is the Director.
In July 2019, MISTRA launched a publication entitled, Epidemics and the Health of African Nations. Dr Renay Weiner provides a book review of the publication in the South African Medical Journal.
